Toggle the CLI cursor
The cursor is gracefully restored if the process exits.

Usage

cliCursor.hide();

cliCursor.toggle(unicornsAreAwesome);

.show([stream])
.hide([stream])
.toggle(force, [stream])
force is useful to show or hide the cursor based on a boolean.
